Aalborg Industries Co. Ltd. was established in 2004 as a joint venture between VINASHIN (Vietnam Shipbuilding Industry Corp.) and Aalborg Industries A/S to set up the first marine boiler factory in Vietnam.
The official inauguration of this brand new marine boiler manufacturing facility took place in May 2006.
The factory is located near the An Hong shipyard in an industrial area in Hai Phong, 100 km from Hanoi.
In 2009, after mutual agreement the Aalborg Industries Group became the sole owner of Aalborg Industries Co. Ltd.
