Maximizing your cost-effectiveness
Sometimes the most cost-effective solution
is to replace existing boilers and burners
with new equipment. For conversions,
retrofit or upgrading, Aalborg Industries
carries out inspections and assessments
based on our operating and engineering
capability. We also do life extension of all
boiler and combustion systems – on all types of ships including offshore vessels.
Conversions on offshore vessels
with own offices at the major centres
for tanker conversions into FPSO and FSO
vessels, we take on the all-inclusive assessment,
engineering and planning tasks
involved in boiler and burner conversions.
We will also offer to perform installation
of new equipment such as deck-mounted
boilers and dual-fuel burners. Aalborg
Industries will handle all mechanical, electrical,
control and automation aspects and
supply full documentation of approvals.
